The service
BillKaro helps you create invoices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for meeting your own tax obligations. BillKaro does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
No warranty
The free tool is provided "as is". We work to keep calculations correct but do not guarantee the service is error-free or always available. Please review each invoice before sending it.
Paid plans
If you buy a paid plan, pricing and features will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. See our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use BillKaro to create fraudulent or fake invoices, or to break any law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
