BillKaro ("we"), based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, operates this website. This policy explains what data we handle, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Invoice data stays on your device

Invoices you create in the free tool are generated in your browser. Business details and drafts are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not receive or store them on our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Data we may collect

We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without identifying you. If you contact us, we receive the details you send. If you buy a paid plan in future, our payment processor (such as Razorpay) processes your payment details; we do not store card or bank details.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of normal web requests.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, or raise a grievance, by writing to billkaro.help@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We will post any changes to this page with a new effective date.
